TripAsOne

Privacy and advertising

Updated 1 October 2026

Who operates this service

TripAsOne is operated by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC, Egypt. For privacy questions or a request about your information, use the BITS Solutions contact page.

Information used for a trip

We use your account details to sign you in. A trip can contain traveler names, plans, votes, tasks, expenses, receipts, payment claims, proof images, and confirmed transfers. Signed-in trip members can see information shared with that trip. The person who starts a trip manages its invitations and membership.

We use this information to keep the shared plan current, calculate each traveler's share, and show who still needs to pay whom. A screenshot attached to a payment claim does not confirm that money arrived. The recipient must confirm receipt.

Storage and access

Account sessions use a necessary sign-in cookie. Trip records and attachments are kept on our hosted systems and are served through account-protected routes. Public guides do not contain private trip data. A shared report link may expose the information shown in that report to anyone who has the link, so share it carefully.

Advertising

TripAsOne currently displays clearly labeled promotions for BITS products on some public pages. We do not send private trip, receipt, or payment details to an advertising network.

If Google AdSense ads are introduced, they will be limited to public content pages. Google and other ad technology providers may use cookies, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this or other sites. You can manage personalized Google ads in My Ad Center. Where a certified consent system is required, ad tags will wait for the applicable choice before loading.

Your choices

You can review your own trip information and export a trip when organizer access permits it. Contact us to ask about correction or removal of account information. We may need to preserve a record that other travelers rely on for an accurate shared balance, and we will explain what can be changed in that case.
